Creative Recreation is positioning themselves as an answer to those people looking for something not quite as market-saturated and urban as Nike, but not as stuffy and business-oriented as a pair of loafers. To me their just another shoe brand with a marketing angle. They've got a good grasp of colors, and the shape, position, and construction of the Dechico shoe remind me of my favorite pair of Ipath's. Personally I stay away from anything white - because you know those things will be dirty in no time - but that's just me. I think they could do without the velcro bits and it's a shame they're using synthetic material in place of leather - it makes their attempt to straddle the line between classy and street look cheap. Either way, I imagine the Creative Reaction series will likely appeal to someone out there. Prices run $75 - $100
