The AK1 features 192 kHz, 24 bit-quality sound professional-level components. These include high quality Cirrus Logic AD/DA converters, 48 volt phantom power, and a low noise guarantee. In addition the casing is made of a sturdy aluminum for gigs and travel.

For digital DJs using programs such as Traktor (Traktor LE is included with the interface), the AK1 features several key features including a selectable A/B headphone input, assignable rotary knob and buttons, and multiple options for "hands-on" digital DJing. In addition, the AK1 can also connect to your standard mixer, allowing you to fade and EQ your digital files.
