Sometimes I wish New Balance had a naming scheme I could use beyond "M576 VBO" because that's nothing more to go off than a men's 576 and the VBO stands for maybe very black and orange. But yeah, after a bit more research and I discover these are actually the second release from the "Alpha Series".

I actually had these on hold for over 2 months at Turf beause I simply didn't have the time to make it down there. Well, they were well worth the wait. These UK-made black/orange New Balance 576's are extremely well-built; the leather is of the highest quality, the orange is like BLAM on the heel and like whazat? on the 'N' and that wool? Woah!... yeah the wool is choice!

This time around I took a whole slew of pictures - both indoors and out - so you could really see the different angles and highlights. Really, these are quite the dope shoes.
