The Presets, the Sydney based electronic duo made up of Julian Hamilton and Kim Moyes, are taking America by storm. The bands second album, “Apocalypso,” was released in April 2008 and debuted at number 1 in Australia. Hamilton and Moyes met at University, where they formed their two person band named after the automatic sound settings built into digital keyboards. Since the release of their first album, Beams (2005), The Presets have enjoyed international success. In a recent interview, NickyDigital.com sat down with Hamilton and Moyes to talk about their roots, their influences, and their new trans-American tour.

It’s been a long 22 years since the Boston Celtics have last won an NBA Championship, but with the historic advent of the new “Big Three” of Garnett, Pierce, and Allen – the C’s are back in the Finals and against their archrival LA Lakers.
