Wow, I stumled on these shit-hot Puma's while perusing the Zappos website. Looking for all the world like a pair of Onitsuka Tigers x Nike Golf no detail was spared in bringing these $200 shoes to market.

Available in "Old White' and Black, I found them in the Men's section but clicking through I was taken to Women's sizes so I'm not sure what's what. Damn though, I like-a the juice!

Adidas has a really well-designed site supporting the new Tracy McGrady signature T-Mac 6 shoe with some inspired graphics and a clever UI separation between the player and the shoe.

The T-Mac 6 "Statement" reeks of marketing-speak however but it's worth a read as well:

The white and blue Jordan V is out and available from both Kicks Hawaii and We Sold Out! (among other places I assume). I actually came close to buying the Green Bean/3M retro's when they came out but I balked at the $135 price tag.

To a certain extent I find it sick to be selling must-have shoes for that kind of money. I realize there's an issue of supply and demand and that these are limited reissues of a retro shoe but damn, I see kids on the bus wearing these that for all the world look like $135 would be better used at the dentist or something.

But that's just me and my cynicism. Even I can't deny the desireability of these Jorda 5s. They were actually my favorite model...

Sometimes I wish New Balance had a naming scheme I could use beyond "M576 VBO" because that's nothing more to go off than a men's 576 and the VBO stands for maybe very black and orange. But yeah, after a bit more research and I discover these are actually the second release from the "Alpha Series".

I actually had these on hold for over 2 months at Turf beause I simply didn't have the time to make it down there. Well, they were well worth the wait. These UK-made black/orange New Balance 576's are extremely well-built; the leather is of the highest quality, the orange is like BLAM on the heel and like whazat? on the 'N' and that wool? Woah!... yeah the wool is choice!

This time around I took a whole slew of pictures - both indoors and out - so you could really see the different angles and highlights. Really, these are quite the dope shoes.

I got a chance to see these in person last weekend while I was up north in the Sacramento area. They're actually VERY dope and especially cute for the ladies. KH thinks these are fresh enough for a man and has them in sizes up to 11/11.5 but I'm thinking they'd do much better on a girl's foot.

Kicks Hawaii has the new Nike Dunk Low Premium in store and is a very cool mix of materials. Featuring MAPP fabric (tongue, toebox, side panels), leather, and rope laces. The MAPP fabric is made up of 100% natural, biodegradable merino fibers, which react to armospheric conditions. In the cold, it retains body heat, and in the heat, the fibers release excess warmth and allow your body to breathe. The fabric also allows for excellent insulation, while remaining light and flexible. And by naturally beathing, merino fibers reduce moisture condensation on the fabric. It also resists odor build up and cleans easily with a damp cloth. MMm.. Definitely the next dunk I'll be picking up. Sounds perfect for winter!
The Nike Air Force 1 Low Inside Out features the same rope laces as the Dunk Low Premium + above. The side panels also have the same skier pattern as the womens AF1 Low Premium. This mens AF1 is an insideout so the midsole is leather. The skier thing is a bit much for me but I'm loving the rest of this outfit.

I've been waiting on these shoes since April of 2006 when they were first announced here on Jungle Life - so imagine my dissapointment to find out they're not men's shoes but women's?!

Well fresh is as fresh does and so last weekend I drove down to Turf with my girl to pick these beauties up. Someone just has to rock these out! Better her than me :)

The leather is all suede and the quilted pattern seen throughout has a nice sheen to it. The price is choice too. Around $70 if I recall...
