Big Up Ya City
I subscribe to some 200 different RSS feeds to stay updated on what's happenin' in the world of well... everything and while I may know of a hundred different websites for you to check out, somehow I assume you've got your own sources and so I don't bother mentioning any of mine. No blogroll, no de.li.cious, no links list, you're on your own.

With that said, it's rare (okay never) that I come straight out and let you know about one of my sources, my recommendations, my daily destinations for fun stuffs and retail therapy. Daggit all to hell though. Andrew over at Hide Your Arms is just too damn nice.

He's got the flavor like Flav, gives props where it's due, gives thanks for the reviews and occasional recomendation and keeps it all-around good times and fast livin'.

Hide Your Arms does things right and keeps the focus narrow - hoodies, sweatshirts, the occasional tee and only those things to erm.. Hide Your Arms.

I like websites that do one thing and do it well. Andrew knows what's up and even while hailing from the UK has an impressive knowledge of what's what around these parts.

So give HYA a look-see, add 'em to your RSS feed, throw 'em some shwag, and tell 'em Shimone for the JL sent ya!

Finding Your Ring Size

Finding Your Ring Size
Lucky Cash Designs (re)releases these $1 Money rings about 4 times a year and each release quickly sells out. These are basically the same rings folded from a dollar that you made as a kid (assuming you learned how) but this time with enamel coating to keep the thing intact (as if you couldn't just create another one if it fell apart).

This latest release includes a faux diamond for added "bling" clumsily placed on the 'O' from ONE (dollar). I'm a bit snide about the whole thing as you can see but believe it or not, for 18 bucks I thought fuckit let's have us an impulse buy.

The only problem was that I had no idea what my ring size is.

A quick Google search led me to the PippinBass Free Ring Sizer. Download the PDF, cut out the sizer and find your ring size. Apparently I'm a size 7 (which explains why the size 8 bottle opener ring didn't fit). I'll have to verify this in an actual ring shop but for now it's the quickest way to an answer.

Meanwhile I didn't buy the $1 Money ring. They don't have my size!
