This January, Turner Classic Movies is highlighting the work of acclaimed Japanese director Hayao Miyazaki who's classic and beloved anime movies include: Spirited Away, Princess Mononoke, My Neighbor Totoro, Castle in the Sky, Howls Moving Castle, Porco Rosso, Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind, and more.

TMC is broadcasting both the English and Japanese versions every Thursday night of the month with the English language version showing at 8pm and the Japanese language versions showing after midnight.

Miyazaki's movie are beautiful. If you've only seen one, haven't seen any, or already seen them all (that would be me), now's your chance to catch up with everything you missed, loved, and wanted to see again.

People ask me all the time how long I'm going to grow my locks. I just say "until I stop". 15 years seems like eons compared to my 4 years of growth. I was doing Yoga for the first time in a while the other day and noticed my hair was getting really heavy as I did some reverse poses. So maybe I wait until I fall over or something ;-)
