"Vegetarian Gourmet" - not simply the style of cooking (that would be "Chinese Restaurant") but also the name of the restaurant.

There's six of us in total and as we go for the door it looks to be closed. No one is inside that we can see, but the door opens and we're greeted with a smile. The place smells new and looks it too. New chairs, new tables, new wall decorations, and a new style of layout that can easily accomodate a group of 10 or more without much need for table shuffling.

The International Wine and Spirit Competition is the premier competition of its kind in the world. Its aim is to promote the quality and excellence of the world's best wines, spirits and liqueurs.

All wines, spirits and liqueurs are blind tasted in groups divided by variety, region and vintage as necessary. Awards are made on the Olympic principle and sponsored trophies are presented in selected categories. Technical analysis is carried out on all medal winning wines, spirits and liqueurs to ensure that all products are technically sound and will be of the same high quality when they reach the consumer as they were when our judging panels originally tasted them.
