Fixed the calendar. The difference between 199 and 198 pixels is the difference between a huge mess in IE and the calendar displaying beautifully. Go figure.

Nucleus is definitely working out for me. It's incredibly easy to configure, customize, and administer. For a minute there I was looking at b2evolution (because of its ability to do private posts) but Nucleus was the clear winner.

Big thanks to OpenSource CMS which has been a terrific resource for testing out content management solutions for both this site and staticbeats.com

Regarding the old jungle-life site; it pains me to think I've got 800 posts in an archive dating back 5 years but I'd have to be out of my mind to want to sort through all that to migrate to Nucleus. Obviously, because much of it is both personal and private I couldnt just port it over as is. So, I've decided to keep the old site where it is and I may even update it from time to time.
